Within Germany (up to 15 kg) 5,90 € shipping and handling charge, please contact us for packages from more than 15 kg. Pay on Delivery only within Germany, plus € 7,50.

Shipping and handling charges abroad: Zone 1/ € 9,90 (up to 10 kg) - Belgium, Danmark, France, Great Britain (landbased, Wales), Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Sweden, Switzerland (by Frankatur 20), Czech Republic. For packages from more than 10 kg please contact us.

Zone 2/ € 16,90 (up to 5 kg) - Finland, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia,Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain (landbased), Hungary.

Zone 3/ € 30,00 (up to 5 kg) - Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Slowenia, Turkey.

14-days Money-Back-Guarantee:
(expansion 4 weeks to foreign countries) with our international customers the goods have to be returned or exhanged in a new condition 4 weeks after they have arrived at the customer, for our german clients 14 days. In this case Von Rönne Reitsport will refund the complete salesprice directly after having received the returned goods with the attached original invoice. Delivery charges can not be refunded.

Excluded to the guarantee are goods, which are specially custom made or have been turned into personalized goods as i.e. embroidered articles. Also this includes articles, which have been excluded of the Money-Back-Guarantee especially by Von Rönne Reitsport at the day of sales.

Returns with return receipt (only within Germany) Please find enclosed to your package a return receipt which allows you to return your order for free (shipped by a GLS shop).
